Terms and Conditions
Hours – We work three hours in the morning 09:00-midday and three hours in the afternoon 13:00-16:00
Cancellation of appointment on the day – if we need to cancel our appointment, we will contact you by the contact methods you have provided. We will try to arrange an alternative appointment
Cancellation of appointment by client – Clients must give 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. For less notice than this, a charge of 50% of the appointment will be invoiced and payment required
Cancellation procedure for ongoing maintenance - Client and business should give one week’s notice to cancel the gardening service completely
Access - If an appointment has been booked but we aren't able to gain access to the garden, the session will be invoiced and payment required
Weather conditions – if weather conditions are bad, we will contact you to let you know that we won’t be onsite for our appointment, this could be due to heavy rain forecast for the day, very cold/frosty weather or if it’s rained heavily overnight
Off-road parking – for our safety, off-road parking must be available
Dogs and dog waste – dogs to be kept indoors while we're onsite, there will be sharp tools in the garden and it’s worrying to have dogs underfoot while working in your garden. Dog waste to be picked up before we arrive onsite
Children – to be supervised or kept indoors for safety reasons as there will be sharp tools in the garden
Garden waste – we aren’t able to take garden waste away with us
Consultancy and plant sourcing – these services will be charged at a higher rate than garden maintenance services
Invoicing – we will send an invoice on the day that we have visited you – payment is due within 24 hours of the invoice being sent
Payment – bank transfer is the preferred method of payment, we prefer not to take cash or cheques
Please note that charges may be increased at the start of each financial year in April
